Just A Reminder...We're Open!
Per the CDC if you are fully vaccinated, you can resume activities that you did prior to the pandemic without wearing a mask or physically distancing, except where required by federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial laws, rules, and regulations, including local business and workplace guidance.
At the June 1, 2021, Board of Directors meeting, the Board of Directors approved a motion to open all Sun City Summerlin facilities without any COVID-19 restrictions, and to allow Owners, residents, and guests who have not been vaccinated to use the honor system when it comes to wearing a mask and social distancing. Owners, residents, and guests will not be asked by staff to show proof of vaccination, nor will they be asked by staff if they are vaccinated.
The Board encourages all Owners, residents, and guests to take responsibility for their own health and their own comfort level when visiting the Association facilities, and to take precautions they personally feel are necessary and prudent.
All facilities and offices are now open and are operating under the SCSCAI governing documents, which include but are not limited to the SCSCAI Rules and Regulations. For your convenience, the SCSCAI Rules and Regulations adopted April 3, 2018 are attached. This document addresses among other things your use of and conduct while using the facilities. Areas you may be particularly interested in are.

Note outdoor pools are seasonal based on the weather.

IT'S GRADUATION SEASON
Let's Celebrate!
The last two graduation seasons have been a bit different and ceremonies a challenge to attend. Surely, your families set up Zoom graduation ceremonies and made the most of it for your family graduates. But, do you remember the excitement of your graduation with family in the stands, walking up to the stage to receive your diploma and the joy of throwing your cap up in the air in celebration? What a wonderful feeling that was! How about we relive that for a moment. Dig up an old photo of you from your graduation ceremony or a photo taken at the time of your graduation and email it to [email protected]. We're going to have some fun on our Facebook page! Along with the photo, please include your name, school name, city and state, and the year the photo was taken.
