Effective Tuesday, June 1st Welcome Back!
Per theCDC if you are fully vaccinated, you can resume activities that you did prior to the pandemic without wearing a mask or physically distancing, except where required by federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial laws, rules, and regulations, including local business and workplace guidance.
At the June 1, 2021 Board of Directors meeting, the Board of Directors approved a motion to open all Sun City Summerlin facilities without any COVID-19 restrictions, and to allow Owners, residents, and guests who have not been vaccinated to use the honor system when it comes to wearing a mask and social distancing. Owners, residents, and guests will not be asked by staff to show proof of vaccination, nor will they be asked by staff if they are vaccinated.
The Board encourages all Owners, residents, and guests to take responsibility for their own health and their own comfort level when visiting the Association facilities, and to take precautions they personally feel are necessary and prudent.
All facilities and offices are now open and are operating under the SCSCAI governing documents, which include but are not limited to the SCSCAI Rules and Regulations. For your convenience, the SCSCAI Rules and Regulations adopted April 3, 2018 are attached. This document addresses among other things your use of and conduct while using the facilities.
