Developed by the Del Webb Corporation in 1989, Sun City Summerlin is one of the nation’s premiere active adult communities and the largest homeowner’s association in the state of Nevada. Our master-planned development is a 55-and-over, age-restricted community composed of nearly 8,000 homes and an estimated 13,000 residents.

​​The Link Magazine is Sun City Summerlin’s official community magazine. Our monthly publication averaging 88 pages, provides Sun City residents with the latest community news, events, entertainment, dining, and services. The Link Magazine is direct mailed to 8,000 Sun City homes every month, with additional copies given to inquiring parties, potential residents, and current advertisers.

Advertising space is open to any entity with a valid Nevada business license. The business license must be from one of the following: the State of Nevada, Clark County, or the City of Las Vegas. All new advertisers must submit a copy of their business license to the Link Magazine.

With all of the world-class amenities that Sun City Summerlin has to offer, our residents have an abundance of fun activities throughout the community.
 
11,000 copies of the map are printed annually with the first 8,000 maps delivered to all Sun City homes with the January issue. The remaining copies are available (at no cost) throughout the year and are handed out at our information booths and community centers. Maps are also given to all new homeowners during new resident orientation and are also available at the Link Office.

Link Magazine FanFare
Advertiser Expo

Advertising in the Link gives vendors the opportunity to participate in our Annual Advertiser Expo called “FanFare”. FanFare is a great way for Link advertisers to promote their business and meet and greet Sun City residents who refer to the Link as their “Community Bible”.

Our residents get a one-on-one opportunity to ask questions, learn about current promotions, sample delicious food offerings, and win fantastic prizes.

Since our first expo in 2016, FanFare has continued to grow with advertiser participation and resident attendance, welcoming almost 500 Sun City Residents every year.
