New Hours for SCS Community and Fitness Centers are in Effect Now 

Effective Monday, November 2, Mountain Shadows, Desert Vista and Pinnacle Community Centers will close at 5 p.m.  Please call the Community Services Department if you have any questions, 702.363.3571.

In addition, the Fitness Centers at Mountain Shadows, Sun Shadows and Pinnacle will close at 8 p.m.  These Fitness Center hours will be in effective from November through March.  Please call the Fitness Department with any questions, 702.255.2294.

We could learn a lot about stretching from watching our feline friends.  But since they can be a bit aloof, let's take the opportunity to gain some knowledge about yoga poses from Intermountain Healthcare.  They are hosting a virtual yoga fitness demonstration.  Grab your yoga mat and your cat, if he/she wants to join you, for a fun and educational yoga class.  

This event is educational; there will be no sales activity at this complimentary event. To learn more about Medicare, please visit medicare.gov. The registration process does take a few minutes. Please plan to join five minutes early or complete prior to the event.
