Online Zoom Classes
​Now Available

  Starting January 18th, the Health and Fitness Department began offering their scheduled classes ONLINE via ZOOM. 

​Choose a class to get you moving toward better health and then join us via Zoom.

Classes include Chair Yoga, Sit & Be Fit, Sun City Strength, Stability Ball, Active Stretch and Meditation.  

In-person classes are suspended until early February.

AARP Nevada proudly hosts: Menopause The Musical® online Monday, January 25, presented by GFour Productions!

Keeping hot flashes "HOT" for over 19 years, this musical will have you dancing down the hallways of your home.  It has entertained and delighted audiences of all ages as it portrays, in a hysterical way, what women endure while going through menopause.  

The end result is pure laughter and enlightenment while leaving no topic untouched.
