Health & Fitness Department Changes
Monday, January 11th

For the health and safety of all our residents, the Health & Fitness Department has decided to suspend ALL association group fitness classes for 30 days, effective Monday, January 11.
In-person classes are targeted to resume on Monday, February 8th.

ZOOM CLASSES begin Monday, January 18, at regular class times.
(For example, if you usually attend the Sit & Be Fit class on Mondays at 10 a.m., you can access the class via ZOOM where you will see Doris in real time instructing the class at 10 a.m.)

• Classes that will be offered via ZOOM:
• Chair Yoga - 8:30 a.m. – Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• Sit & Be Fit - 10 a.m. – Monday-Friday
• Sun City Strength AM & PM – Monday - Friday 11 a.m. and    Tuesday/Thursday 5:30 p.m.
• Stability Ball - 6:30 p.m. - Tuesdays
• Active Stretch - 6:30 p.m. - Thursdays
• Meditation - 1 p.m. - Fridays

In the meantime, please check out the Sun City Fitness Department's YouTube page for workouts that you can do at home any time.  Click the link below to see the videos offered at this time.
